Not considering the mildly sheer t-shirt, should this be considered nudity?
No naughty bits are showing. Its close to a profile.
I've posted similar renders, and have always 'flagged' them, but I was curious.

You can find the information in the TOS {see thumbnail guidelines regarding what Rendo considers nudity}
http://www.renderosity.com/news.php?viewStory=13472
This means no clothes, clothes that are transparent
No areola or nipple exposure, and no transparent fabric. {Her top is transparent enough that you can see the areola, and nipples}
No exposed buttocks – more exposure than a standard bikini bottom would constitute nudity.{altho there isnt a full on shot of bare buttocks, it is obvious she isn't wearing bottoms..not even counting the fact she is throwing said bottoms at the camera} so the 'no clothes' portion would come into play..
No exposed male or female genitals or pubic hair
If you ever have a question on an image, you can send questions or images you want reviewed to admin@renderosity.com
