Not sure... the "mbc" part is similar to Bauhaus 93; there are some variants of it named at this Wikipedia page that you might look up. The rounded top on the "b", which is not present on the bottom of the "m" or the ends of the "c" makes me think that the graphic artist may have modified the text or drawn it from scratch for that image, rather than using a font as is. The other text looks like any number of Helvetica variants.
Jabroo has about 13,000 fonts or so that you could look through.

i've used "WhatTheFont!" on MyFonts website in the past and have been able to track down the font name.
