Does anyone know where I might find some traditional Japanese tattoos in .psd format? I've looked everywhere, but to no avail. Thanks for any input.

I would spend some time on Google looking for (free) Japanese tattoo vectors. You can open those (eps, ai, svg or whatever vector files) in ps...

There's some on DeviantArt in the stock and resources section, not an awful lot of them, but some. I did a search with "japanese tattoos" didn't get very many results, but with "tattoos" I got lots and some of them look japanese even if they didn't come up with the first search so you'll have to browse a bit to find the right ones...
