hi there,

My wireless internet was being crappy and I never was able to successfully completely download order 111895115.

Mind resetting it so I can try again, this time plugged into the modem?

Hello,

 

I have reset your downloads for you so you can try again. Please be sure to disable any download accelerator/ manager for they do not work with our system.

 

If you continue to have problems, please contact the vendor directly for product support. Please allow them 72 hours to respond, if you have not heard back from them within that time frame, please let us know.
