Is anyone else getting fed up with the number of 'free' items in the free section where you click to download and nothing happens.
Funnily enough the link to tell you what items they have in the store works.and yes I do have pop ups enabled. If they are no longer free why can't they be removed.
I would complain but the last complaint I made was about the following rant and I heard nothing back.
I'm also peeved that I still can't use Firefox to access the the marketplace.I have to use IE with all it's security flaws.

Well, as the **Freestuff Mod** allow me to request that you post about these items in the Freestuff Forum so I or another Freestuff staffer can deal with these. We do our very best to keep these to a minimum but with only 3 of us and an awful lot of members coming and going we never really get caught up, so any heads up is appreciated.. ...

You should be able to use Fire Fox...I use Chrome personally but I have Fire Fox installed and they seem to hae fixed all the bugs from this end.

Good points, Bobby. But do you trawl the free stuff and delete the empty boxes? There seem to be a lot of them.

Lately I've been having a problem of clicking the download button instead of the 'details' button and the 'download' doesn't work...like its deactivated....but the 'details' button works fine and you can download from the page it takes you to.
Edit: All of the 'download' buttons aren't affected.

Well I am not able to view items more closely in FF..I can use all other parts of Rendo in FF but I cannot use it to buy from the Marketplace.....Just as well as I've just finally paid off my CC bill. Seems that FF won't let me Copy and paste here either or use smilies.
Unfortunately I have to use FF on my PC as I have it set up for my visual problems with a cateract and the rest of the family use IE so they don't have to keep adjusting the settings.

Thats odd as that ws the problem we had in Freestuff that they fixed for us. We couldn't C&P from the Freestuff 'What's New' or 'Pending' to any forum for the longest time but all aspects of FF work fine for me for the past few months altho I prefer GoogleChrome and rarely can afford to buy from th MP so I don't know if that's a problem.
re: visual problems, on most browsers you can Control + or - to increase or decrease the overall size of the page...I use this when I can't find my glasses or I've left them at home and I'm on someone else's computer. You have to scroll around that way but it works.
Have you written to the MP folks about your FF problems...if they exist over a broad specturum of users it might be good for them to know. Id do it for you but can't site the specific problem you are having.. ...

having downloaded a few gig in the last coupla weeks, in FF...I've noticed that I too have to go to 'details' to get to the downloading screen.
To be honest, the only thing that's starting to annoy me is having to join a new site every 5 minutes, it seems...;)

I'm using IE8 so it must not be a browser problem if you're using FF.

I can buy from Rendo MP if I use IE 8 with no problem.
I however prefer FF if only for the fact that it tends to be better protected and updated against security flaws.

Did you contact the MP folks as I suggested?

Did that about 6 months ago when I noticed the problem.I wasn't the only one with this issue I should add.I got a reply that they would look into it but nothing seems to be resolved.
To be honest I'm not that bothered because I've got limited funds and I'd rather not be tempted..;)

Oh I have FF loaded (Never use IE) and would love to spend but I'm the one that's not loaded. Lol!
I just hope this problem doesn't affect people who want to upload stuff for sale via FF.
