First, an apology is in order.

When the LAST banner challenge was held, I don't remember what it was, but there was a problem keeping me from adding the banners to the header.  Then the programmers fixed something, and no one less than admin could edit the banner headers.  But, now....

All the banners from the previous AND the latest banner challenges are in the header!  :)  Great job, everyone!
