Hi everyone. How do I know if my MAC (10.5.8 Leopard) can handle the 64 bit Carrara 8, just released? My processor (Duo Core) speed is 2.66ghz, RAM is 2 gigs. Do I need to add more memory? Thanks for any input.
Namaste;-)

It does very well. The render speed gains are impressive - usually about twice as fast as C7 32bit.

C7 and C8 are functionally about 95% the same. The biggest difference is the 64bit architecture. As for C8 training, I'm waiting to hear from VTC on that one.
