Over the past day, I've developed a problem with P7 on my new Win7 computer.
When I try to delete a figure or object (or at least some figures or objects), the system crashes.
It also sometimes crashes just as a render finishes -- even an innocuous render with minimal figures and basic draft render settings.
The issue seemed to start yesterday, when 3 things of potential note happened:
I installed a W7 update while running P7
I installed an iTunes update while running P7
I had an issue with a missing bump map - causing the program to slow and/or crash during renders -- repeatedly (until I figured a work-around)
My question for y'all is: Could any or all of these events somehow have corrupted some of the files Poser runs from?
And, if so, should I reinstall SP3 -- or the whole program -- or both?
If I do that, I'm assuming it'll only mess with the program files, not my runtime. (Which I'd hate to lose; lot of stuff there.)
Or, if not, what should I do?
