I don't know if you are aware, but there is a new special edition of C3DE magazine highlighting the best of the best masterpieces collected during the first season of C3DE project.
The magazine includes small biographies of the artists.

Wow, that is one incredible showcase. The best I've seen and what an incredible look at what can be done with Carrara.
