I just tried this today & while I appreciate getting a free gift, it is for a programme I don't have. I received Lionsclaw for Vue, but I don't have Vue, so it is a bit useless to me. I guess I am unable to exchange the item, but could I at least gift it to someone with Vue who might get some use out of it, so it isn't a complete waste.
Thanks.

Same thing happened to me. Vue item that is of no use to me, but still I appreciate that you guys are giving away these grab bags again.
What I would suggest is if you could make it so when we get the grab bags, it not only checks for products we bought but also the list of software used that is in our profiles to make the match.

I sent you a sitemail FS:)

I am unable to access the grab bag items that are sitting in my "Items List". It just says "Grab Bag" with no link or anything.

I have the same issue as those above.
I received Column Hall and Patio for Vue only and I have Poser and Daz Studio. I was wondering if I can get help also.

I make it a quartet, Architectural Stairs & Bldg for Vue. It looks great and i'd love it in Poser.

That's okay, I'm waiting for a response to a sitemail response I sent well over 24 hrs ago.
This promotion was poorly executed and while inital response was fine, subsequent follow-up has been disappointing.
Natolii posted Thu, 14 April 2011 at 6:26 PM
I take that back.
Anniebel, You might have an E-mail waiting for you.

Email response to the email you were asked to send to store@renderosity.com is how you would be contacted. The sitemails Kristi or I sent would be like the ones I originally sent to you Anniebel, advising you on contacting store via email:)

Sorry I miss read your email, by the way it was worded I thought you had emailed her on my behalf. I will send an email now, although it feels a but silly doing that as she has already posted in this thread.
