Shouldn't that be Mixed Media? Seems like you wouldn't mix a single medium.

Wait..suppose I do something in bryce, then add in some stuff in photoshop..that becomes mixed? a collage sort of a thing?

Its called post production , adding effects that the app can't do but another can, I call it all "creation and imagination" as long as you get the result you invision is what counts. 3D art and even painting, its all about vision.
Do atleast one thing a day that scares the hell outta ya!!
