I dont know if this is possible but I need a second reset for Order no. 111938054

For some reason Renderosity as a whole and in particular downloads are extremely slow. Speeds for file downloads are around 100 bytes per second, not the usual 100 kilobytes I get. The 20mb download I am trying to complete is set to take 7 hours when normally it would take 10 minutes. Even if I had 7 hours to spare, after a few % complete the download suddenly ends as if fully complete but leaves me with an 'unexpected end of archive' message if I try to extract.

Every time I try to fix this with a router reset, browser change, computer restart or whatever, I end up using all of my allowed downloads and needing another order reset ... it's driving me insane.

At the moment I am left with thinking that never ordering from Renderosity again is my only option, but that would be a shame because there's a lot of stuff I want to order!
