I wonder since a long time how are you doing clothes for Victoria 4 or other caracters.

Which programms do you use? Are you all 3D modelers or is there another way to create clothers or shoes?

I would like to create clothes, but I have no idea how to do and if I am qualified.

Could someone help me?
