Hi,
I am trying to add a product to my shopping cart, and it persistently comes up with the following message :
We Encountered An Error
We're sorry, but we had a problem processing your request. The error or errors encountered were:
Please correct these errors and try your request again.
The product that I am trying to add is NOT in the cart !! ..... I've tried clearing out my cache using Crap Cleaner (both IE and Firefox), which meant I had to log back in to R'osity.
I then tried to add the product again, and it displayed the same nonsense (as above).
Do you want my business or don't you ??
Please fix ASAP.

Can you please send the following details to store@renderosity.com so I can assist you with this:
The exact error/what it said after "The error or errors encountered were" and what product/name of product and who the vendor is that you are trying to add to your cart

Urrmmmm..... solved the puzzle.
Can you give me a few moments while I wipe the egg off my face ... (:(:
I've just realized ... I tried it again, the message came up "It appears you already have this product".
It then penetrated my thick skull .... I've already purchased that product !
I'm so embarrassed. Sorry for being rude (I'd had a bad day) and for the inconvenience.
