The title says it all!
"It is good to see ourselves as
others see us. Try as we may, we are never
able to know ourselves fully as we
are, especially the evil side of us.
This we can do only if we are not
angry with our critics but will take in good
heart whatever they might have to
say." - Ghandi

Agreed! Yay, 'Rosity! :woot: I was recently thinking about the different 'character' of each of the forums I frequent. Some are over-moderated, some are under-moderated. 'Rosity is just right.
Sort of had me wondering what shapes the personality/character/pick-your-term of an online forum. Rules and moderation? The average age or level of education or level of affluence of the posters? The topic upon which the forum is based? The smileys/emoticons (some forums have only smileys which seem harsh, sarcastic, or combative)? Wonder if there are any studies which have been performed, in this area....

I liked this place better, though, before all this touchy-feely-huggy stuff started up. Now I'm kind of freaked out.
