I was a vendor here during the last four to five years, and I do realize I'm not the most important, and not the most moneymaking guy around. I never really tried to become even close to a top-seller, but I really care for Renderosity - my checks were never big, but sometimes they came quite in time when I was tapped and desperate and struggling to get some food on the table.
This is why I feel in position to allow myself a reply on what was invented around here. The new 'no violence' policy, which means that no products with any violent activities will be accepted. I'm not here to charge anyone, and I do respect the people I'm working with, but I genuinely doubt it is the best direction for the store to go.
Lots of people are interested in creating some action in their graphic art. Don't they have the right to get the stuff they need? I kind of doubt it is polite toward this category of our clients. People who spent their money here for years. People who are waiting for sequels of certain products, unaware that there are no further sequels to come. It's not the best idea to turn the store into a kingdom of Goblins and Elves and Fairies. There must be a balance, otherwise we could easily ban action movies as well. :)
Look, guys I'm not trying to question anyone's authority. However, I am inviting the market place administration to readjust certain parts of the product submission guidelines.
Sincerely, PainMD

Im not aware of any 'new' policies concerning 'no violent activities'. If you are speaking of a thumbnail, you are correct in the fact that the thumbnail cannot have violent activities..{along with nudity}
However, this isn't 'new'
If you have an issue you would like to address with the MP, please send an email to store@renderosity.com.
