Hello,
I had a problem with my previous order,
I let it slide. Today, I have attempted to order a couple of products, it would not apply the discount, I clicked the back button to try again, and am now stuck in a loop where I
can not place a new order; (error try again).
On my previous order, my render rewards were not applied to the order, yet it shows that my rewards were used. ( I did apply the 15% relax and save).
It is frustrating :o(

P.S. I just checked my email. Todays order was processed dispite the fact that I did not use the process order/complete the order button. (without applling the discount).
So just to clarify on my previous order my Rendersoty rewards was not applied,
Today the relax and save discount was not applied. :o(

Hi,
Your render rewards and the coupon discount were both applied to order 111954765.
So your next order there were no render rewards available for use but the coupon discount did apply, order 111954899
The order you placed today the coupon discount didn't apply correctly 111955938
Please write into store@renderosity.com regarding the last order place (today's order) so they can help you with the 15% coupon discount.
Thank you
Stacey

I Know that it says that my renderosity rewards was applied, but; if you look at the numbers, (see screen shot), you will see that I paid the sale price of the item minus the renderosity relax discount.....

No, the Render Rewards is considered like a payment method not a "discount" which is why you don't see it in the breakdown. It's listed at the top left where it says "payment method".. You can see that your credit card was only charged 11.49 So your order total after the coupon discount was $18.46 then the render rewards was applied as a payment so that brought the balance due with your credit card down to 11.49
Let me know if this clears it up for you
Thanks

StacyG,
Oh....
Sorry, I didn"t know. Nor have I seen it done like that before.
I just said to my friend that this is what happens when I let something slide, I only act like twice the jerk on the next time . :o)
Short answer, Yes that does clear this up for me. Thank you.
