Subject: Downloads Reset Please

I recently experienced catastrophic hard drive failure.   I thought I was safe, having had backups across several DVDs, but something went wrong, and they all have a bunch of errors, if they aren't downright unreadable.

I can, if you would like me to, go through and list which things I actually can't download (I had sort of started to get what I could, anyway), and I'm not trying to be lazy or a pain in the posterior, at all, but thought it would be a little easier to just ask that they all be reset.

Again, if this is a problem I certainly understand, but if you can do this it will be so greatly appreciated.  :)  And this time, I'll back them up on DVDs and on my other machine.
