Hi guys,

I did a quick search but i didn't found anything... and I'm a little bit in hurry...

So I'd like to ask to you all...

I noticed a coupon for having Poser Pro 2010 with a 75% discount.

Now... I'm on a mac pro 1.1, with OSX Snow Leopard.

I recetly tried Poser 8, but it never installed correctly... so I asked for a refund.

Now I'm thinking about PP2010.

Anyone got it under Snow Leopard 10.6.7 or 10.6.8?

Is it stable or is it better keep Poser 7 on my windows laptop? (or Daz Studio on my mac?)

Thanks a lot!

Marco

Works fine for me on same hardware and OS.

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

thank you guys.

I'll proceed right now.

Just to better understand... anyone got my troubles with Poser 8?

After installation, no way top found content, and missing a lot of geometries and magnets, even for Poser 8 specific content...

The executable was already sr3, so  i was really amazed about this problem..

And no, i don't found troubles about the content menu in flash: it worked, even if no content was found using different locations for the content...

Oh, well, it's just the past ;)

Poser Pro, i'm coming to get you!!!

No problems at all during install? Is it stable enough?

Thanks!

I have never had a crash, but I also do nothing serious on the Macbook Pro. I do serious rendering on my desktop PC instead. I have it on the Mac simply because, as the developer of the Poser library, I need to test on a Mac. That's the only reason I bought the Mac - to test Poser.

Note - the developers and the managers of Poser almost all use Macs.
