I have been getting delayed ebots for some time.  And has even costed me a sale or two.  So today I am going to complain (not that it will do any good)

Here is the newest happening:

Today @ 12:48pm I received an ebot for July Vendor Showcase/ Day 4

And @ 1:48 pm I received an ebot for July Vendor Showcase/ Day 3

So not only did day 4 come on the same day as day 3, it came before day 3 announcement.

This is very messed up.  I never even received a Day 1 or Day 2.

I apologize for the inconvenience.  I'm concerned that the problem may be attributed to your mail client (hotmail) as we've experienced similar issues from other members with a hotmail account.

I can tell you that I've checked our database logs and we have successfully sent messages to your mail account for each of the 4 days thus far for this sale.  Please see below:

Day 1 (7/16): sent @ 4:54am

Day 2 (7/17): sent @ 3:54am

Day 3 (7/18): sent @ 4:34am

Day 4 (7/19): sent @ 4:40am

I will see about changing my email.  I think I have had something like this happen in the past and tested it and it still happened with the new email address. 

But who knows.  It may work this time

Happens to me too, i'm on hotmail ... i changed from yahoo to hotmail .. yahoo was sending out spam mail to my contacts daily .... maybe have to change it to gmail but we'll see ..
