I know I am probably doubling up on forums and I will contact whoever and apologize or ask them to take the other one down (sorry I am not sure how all this works) Anyway I just wanted some advice if anyone has any. I am doing water.. wait that sounds wrong, I mean I trying to render water in Poser 8 on a Mac if that makes any difference, and I have the concept right it is just I can't get the settings right. I have done a render, which is above, so if anyone has some advice on this, please let me know. Oh, and I do apologize if this topic has been posted a zillion times by other people.. which it probably has... don't hit me lol

 

Oh by the way, I was following advice given in another forum topic (http://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/showthread.php message_id=2811816&ebot_calc_page#message_2811816), but I tweaked it a little. The settings are pretty much the same only the Diffuse Color is not black because it was far too dark when I did that, and I tweaked the Bump and Clouds as well. I am looking for how to get rid of the.. noise for want of a better word. I mean I want it wavy so to speak but as you can see there is... static or something. Sorry, these aren't technical terms, but you know what I mean :)
