Did you redownload the product after I reset your download for you?

I responded to your email you sent to admin@renderosity.com but I am not sure if you posted this before you received my response to that email or not.

Thank you,

I just finished a third download......sorry ....same result

I also downloaded some stuff from the free section  and they extracted just fine, so I don't know what to say.

maybe add a .txt extension on the zip

I've also disabled anti virus...thought that might help...but it didn't.

I just fired up my old XP 64bit machine, no anti-virus installed no dl managers, IE8, and tried another download....same result, same error message

I'd suggest trying unpacking with another program, e.g. 7-zip because the error message you're getting seems to indicate that the version of WinRAR you're using is somewhat old.

Please try as nruddock suggested and let me know if that works ProPose001 : )

Thanks!

What surprised me is that windows 7 can extract and create zip files and i couldn't even do that. What program was used to zip the files.  Not that it matters because I have what I want, just curious.

Hello,

Vendors zip their own files so that would really be a question for them : )
