I had a problem with my library window and thought that maybe resetting the program to the factory state would help. I have since resolved the problem with the library window and was reconstructing my user interface preferences. Every time I tried to delete Andy, the program crashed. I added another figure, but when I tried to delete that one, the program crashed again. Seems I just cannot delete figures now. Has anyone had problems like this after resetting the program to the factory settings?

Try deleting your Prefs files then restart Poser. A lot of these problems occur with corrupted prefs files..
When you restart it, Poser will rebuild the files..
Injustice will be avenged.

Also, check to make sure you still have the latest Driver for your Video Card.. recent Windows update rolled back my nVidia Driver for some reason.. (Vista system)
If you still have issues, contact Support and put Attn: John in the Subject (or sitemail me the Incident Number) and I will look into this for you.

I did a search and found out how to delete the preferences files.
I also updated to the latest video driver.
That did the trick. Thank you all!
