Subject: Not getting newsletters

Hello,

The last newsletter I’ve received was on the 9th June.

My domain registration expired, and I had to re-confirm my email address. I’m getting the wishlist sale, bundle, and new products emails, but not the newsletters. I tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, to no avail.

Can you see if there’s something that didn’t get reset when I revalidated my email address.

Hello,

You did not have the newletter role so I gave it to you. You should start receiving the newsletter now. Please let us know if you do not receive them.

Hi Kristi,

No luck—still no newsletters. Is there possibly some list of duff addresses my email was put on when a few emails got bounced in early June, and which revalidating my email didn’t clear?
