I made this to be a freebie, and think I bit off more than I can chew with rigging it.

can ya post the obj file?  then maybe some of 'em could rig it for free.

I dont do organic stuff, but have you tried using say M4 blank rig and pulling the joints to the required positions ?  you would have to add a few extra bones for the neck.

It's not the adding and positioining bones, it's the falloff zones that are giving my a helluva time.
