I made my pre-Order purchase at Smith Micro for a "Physical" shipment of the software.

There was a "Physical" pre-order coupon that had to be downloaded that said "Expires September 16, 2011.  In the fine print the coupon stated it must be redeemed at the online store between September 20 and September 30th.

I was a bit amused and taken aback that I had to redeem the coupon in order to get my software shipped to me.  They have my shipping address as required when ordering.  Why this extra bit of nonsense has to be done is beyond me.
