Can anyone tell me how to add a link to your gallery upload comments to a previous upload?

I've done this before. You can do it with HTML, if you're skilled in that art; but only in the comments you upload with your picture, I think. The facility to use HTML in "ordinary" gallery comments was removed because it was being abused.If you aren't skilled in the art of HTML, there's some guidance at the link.
