Subject: Order not filled yet....?

Hello, I ordered my named changed on 8-24, order #111994290 I don't think I ever made an account with the name I selected but if one exists I'm sure it's mine.... Can you let me know how long this process is supposed to take please? I am a vendor as well, in case that takes longer.

Someone does have that username and it's a currently active account.  None of the information on that account matches what is on your account so it doesn't look like that username belongs to you so I can't change it to what you requested.

 

Please email me (stacey@renderosity.com) another username change choice so I can process this for you.

I don't want another name as all my other accounts and my .com are now Darkseal. I would like a refund instead. How do I go about getting a refund for the order.

Contact store@renderosity.com and they will take care of this for you. Sorry but I can't do the name you want if it's an active account with purchases and all.
