Subject: double order and payment? ;-(

a few minutes ago I ordered Eden and Ann and payed via Mastercard. Via SMS I got two Messages for paying the same price. In my Account I see two purchases with the same billing..in the first there are the downloadlinks - in the second there is nothing in it  #112004151..

So please can You tell me is my credit card now charged twice for one payment? I didnt cklick double or hit the back button, do it like I always do it.. CAn You have a look what maybe happened?

I have checked and you were indeed charged on two seperate orders.  I am sending an e-mail now to inform our staff member who handles refunds.  She will take care of this and contact you on monday.

dear Blake, that would be very nice... How does it happened that it charged twice but only the first purchase has the contented items? I read the last Threads an Posts that it happened others here too... Warm greets from Germany Yours faithful Patty

I can't be 100% sure in your case, in most cases it is due to the customer double clicking and before it has time to process the 1st order.

Dear Blake; You are really fast ;-)) Hugz. I am really shure that I just clicked once the submit button... Maybe a little Bug in the Shopsystem... Normally it shouldn´t be that the costumer has no Double Trouble ;-))) I am happy that at ReRo it says that You owe still an item You try to purchase.. In other stores if You are unsure to have it it goes through and sometime You have unwanted two of the pieces....
