Subject: If you are having trouble accessing your downloads/orders

I was having trouble accessing my downloads and it turned out to be firewall issue. Most firewalls allow outgoing connections over all ports but some are setup to only allow outgoing connections on common ports. The standard HTTPS/SSL port is 443 but SmithMicro also uses port 4433 for some pages. If you are able to log into your account and view your orders but get an error when you click on an order number then you probably need to adjust your firewall settings. You will need to allow outgoing connections over port 4433.

Thanks for posting this.  That was the problem I was having.  It was showing "4433" and the page just would not load.  I jumped over to another computer that had a different firewall and just ordered the ship version.
