TH Free Style blog (Japanese only) has released a tweak which gets the Copy Morphs script working in PP2012.  You will need to use a web translation service, if you want to read it in your own language.

The tweak itself is in English (screen grabs).  This is only to fix one of the scripts.

I am guessing that the set of scripts will be updated by author, so you could also wait for that to be released.
