I have been using P8 for so long, and I don't have any of my older versions installed, and I need to know what version of poser started using the blender node? I am making some second skin clothing, and I want to make sure what versions besides P8 will the blender node in the material room work :) Thanks!

yeah, I think shaders as such were introduced in version 5. Poser Pro Pack and P4 just had like the ability to do image maps and that was it.

I thought it was probably 5, but I wasn't sure. I don't want to state that it will work in something and then disappoint people when it doesn't. Thanks for the info!

The blender node works since Poser 5, but if you plan to include Python scripts for installing those nodes you will need Poser 6. In P5 scripts could not access the nodes.
