I'm currently up the creak.
I purchased PoserPro2012 from smithmicro but unfortunetly the install disk is empty (unformated), I checked this on two seperate DVD drives just to be sure.
Also unfortunetly when I try to use smithmicro's knowledge base or try to send their message form to report this it fails (CGI error).
I have no install media and smithmicro is totaly uncontactable, I'm in Australia so I'm not phoning them.
I've sent an email to the smithmicro webmaster in the hope I may contact someone there.
On top of it all I payed express delivery man I feel like a chump.
Just thought I'd give people a heads up.

Phew I think the disk was misslabeled, PP installer is on the 2nd disk.
Sorry for the blind panic.

The disc on the right side that you see when you open it, is the Mac installer. The second one on the left, under all the paperwork, is the PC installer. Learned that the hard way when I didn't notice Mac in small print on the first disc LoL I tried the second one and everything was there including content, so I took a closer look at the other and figured it out :)

Yeah, when they said hybrid I thought the disk would be for both Win & Mac.
Still wasnt impressed with Smithmicro's online contact system, i.e. tough luck if I realy did need help.

lol ... I had the same problem, but finally figured it out. The print on the DVDs that tell you which one is windows and which one is mac is really REALLY small. For us old guys, that can be a problem.

Question do you have a CD player or a DVD player, CD player will show a blank disc.
A Poser DVD will not work in a CD player...Jan
