Now the fun part. I will start the story but you, the forum members, must continue it. Download the .car file (the file is in the next post - change the .txt suffix to .car after the download), change it up and add a brief story line. Then post your results in this thread.

I wanted to show off some of Carrara's cool features like lens flares, aura, glare, dynamic hair, shaders, etc.
Tag! You're it!
(I rendered a much bigger version, but R'osity won't let me attach it!)

You can always post the larger one in your Gallery.
So do you have a story development to go with the image?

Hi Mark;
I was thinking more of a specific mood, rather than a complete story when I was putting this together. (It was very late)
My goal was to give the feeling that she's psyching herself up; mustering the courage to walk through the gate. She's armed to the teeth, implying that something sinister is on the other side. In my head it all makes sense :)

Mark, I can't get the suffix to change. How does one go about doing that? I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium... After download, the suffix isn't visible for me to change. Tried using file properties to change it, that didn't work. Opened it in Notepad and saved as w/ a .car extension, and that didn't work.
Is an awesome project you have given us, thanks =)

Hi MC,
I'm not Windows guru. Can somebody else here please help? I know it can (and has) been done.

Great file! Thanks.
I use win7 and it works.
MatCreator you need to go to the control panel (from the start menu) and open the "folders options". In there go to the second tab (called "view") and untick "hide extensions". That way you'll be able to see the .txt and change it for a .car.
Hope that helps.
