That line appears to be the tear.  In the material room click on head and click on tear in the drop down menu.  increase transparency to 1 etc.  That should make it disappear.

If you are talking about the black line that runs just above the lower eyelid, it may be that your texture doesn't exactly match the figure.

The iris and part of the eye are showing on the lower eyelid.

Try opening the texture in Photoshop and move the top of the lower lid up slightly and see if it disappears.
