It says on e-on's site that Vue 10 is 30% faster rendering than previous versions.
Can anyone confirm if the rendering is really faster or more advertising hype for the new version.

I haven't and can't upgrade yet but I have read this
Source: http://www.yurdigital.com/forum/software-forums/vue/only-few-days-left-vue-10-way
Toward the bottom of the opening post
"Up to 30% Faster Rendering Speed - I can verify this. The Vue 9 scenes I loaded were actually rendered faster, due to the significant internal optimizations made by e-on."

I have been using Vue 10 Infinite for a few weeks now (pre-release). I can confirm, that they have definitely made improvements to the render speed. My tests with re-rendering scenes from 9 and 9.5 show improvements from zero to 25%. It depends strongly on the type of scenes. It seems to me that outdoor renders with GI and GR benefit the most.

I would point out like most good advertising that it says "up to 30%". Which means even if you only get a 1% improvement they have still kept there word lol.

What I expected. They sure have a way with words.
