It seems that all information about them is also in Chinese, making it a bit difficult to find a definitive biography or discography for them (I use Google translate, as I don't actually know any Chinese). The group name translates to "XII Beauty". It seems as though searching only brings up either more videos or sheet music. Good luck :)
Edit: it appears that they are from Taiwan, not China.

I have no idea, sorry.
But I seriously think if they are a music group, that they need to downsize it. One person singing and a couple dozen girls in the background dancing all out of sync is really odd

Just did some search, and found out they are a group in taiwan. And seem to be singing around 1998.
And Hatch got it right, the group's name is"twelve beauty"

Winter,I think you are talking about AKB48, they have 59 members that's a Guinness World Record. And many japanese team got many members, may be they hope putting different types of girls together can attract more fans.

Reminds me of some 60's folk music groups. A dozen of so guitars or singers, seldom fully in synch.
