I contacted support more than a week ago by mail and never got any reply.
I bought a product that isn't working with DS. It is not specified it will not work in DS ( DS users constantly have to guess if a product will or will not work when it is not specified or tested ).
I'd like to get a refund for this order because I can't use this product.
BTW, this is weird that I have to post in a forum that everybody can read to solve such an issue while I don't get any answer to my email...
