Subject: Thumbnail and adding horse hair.

Every since I have gotten my Mac, I can only use my PhotoshopCS5 and extended.

When I try and make a thumbnail of 200x200, the pixels come out way too high. I have struggled with trying to keep it 15 or less.

Also I haven't figured out a way to get just a part of a png file, into my pictures.

In CS3, if you save for web, you can "optimize to file size", you enter the size of the file you want to have and it will optimise your image so it won't be bigger then that, thinking it's probably in CS5 as well?  In CS3, you'd find this by clicking on the little >> by the preset menu once you've clicked on save for web, if it's in CS5, it's probably somewhere around there...
