When Vue 9 came out, there was an upgrade path from Vue 6,7,8 Infinite to Vue 9 Complete.

I thought - ah I'll wait a year and there should be an upgrade path from Vue 7 Infinite (which I have) to Vue 10 Complete ... but NO UPGRADE from Vue 7 to Vue 10 Complete.

SADLY my gamble didn't pay off ... and I am now left with no upgrade path.

Thing is I had an email conversation with E-on to say "will there be a Vue 7I to Vue 10C upgrade path? If not I will upgrade to Vue 9C while I can" but they wouldn't say anything before the release, and now that 10 is out, I'm stuck!

Not a happy customer, and a long-time one at that ...

Anyone else stung by this?
