Sometime past 4:30, the deal will be live. Till then, the price is unknown. Since the full version of Poser 9 was selling for $60, this might also be a steal. This won't go as fast as some of the deals, but it's first come, first served. I've seen popular items, such as tablets, get completely claimed within 60 seconds.

I bought it the last time it came up as a lightning deal. It was $169.99, FWIW.
I've seen some items sell out in under a second. I mean seriously - click "add to cart" as soon as it goes live, and get "You're wait-listed. Your chances of getting this item are poor."
But so far, the SM software has lasted the whole four hours. I not only got PoserPro 2012, I got Manga Studio Pro and Anime Studio Debut as lightning deals.

All copies were sold, so I hope a lot of folks here got it. That was a spectacular price. Not all Black Friday deals are that good. I was surprised to see a 1Tb WD desktop hard drive quickly sold out for $80. That's a higher price than it's been at for the last 5 months through Amazon based on camelcamelcamel price tracking. In fact, Amazon jacked the price up to list price to make it look as if it were a great deal. I know I've seen better prices than that in store sales. I can go to newegg.com and get the drive for the same price. Some of the deals have been great and some not so good.
Always remember to check prices at other stores and use camelcamelcamel to see how prices have historically been at Amazon.

There haven't been many really stupendous deals at New Egg, either. There were better deals in their e-mail specials over the last few months...
