I'm upgrading to Poser Pro 2012 from Poser 9, is there any difference in the content libraries?  I was wondering if it was all the same content or if there was stuff that wasn't included in Poser 9 in 2012.

Well, I don't have either, but if past versions are any indication, Poser 2012 does have extra content as compared to standard Poser. There are those two extra figures in Pro that I know of for sure, tho I don't know what they're for or why they exist...lol.

Past versions of Pro included a set of redistributable figures intended as a merchant resource; I'm not at my Poser machine, but I'd presume they're still included.

2012 does include the redistributable figures, but from what I can tell that is all of the content that is different.

I installed some Runtime Dna light sets into my Poser 9 library, it's a shame I just couldn't drop that runtime onto the new one--but I'll reinstall everything from scratch to make sure everything works properly.

I think you can just add the library as is discussed here:

Thanks for the pointer, but since I don't want another set of duplicate content, I'd just rather reinstall the light sets from scratch, there aren't that many of them.

Poser Pro 2012 has some extensive scenes. Spy series buildings and props. Lots of useful stuff. There's Dregon the two legged dragon. I like scenes. But that's just me.

I like those buildings and props a lot too, I don't know if they are in both Poser 9 and Pro 2012. I was very pleased to find them there, and surprised that I hadn't seen them anywhere. Very useful for office life renders.

Poser 11 Pro, Windows 10

Auxiliary Apps: Blender 2.79, Vue Complete 2016, Genetica 4 Pro, Gliftex 11 Pro, CorelDraw Suite X6, Comic Life 2, Project Dogwaffle Howler 8, Stitch Witch

The dragon, factory, apartment and office are in Poser 9 as well--I've just not used any of them yet.  I agree though, I think that these sets/scenes will come in handy.  Problem is, I often forget I have the stuff.  Poser 7 Special Edition came with a sports car and casino for Simon (super agent/super ugly Poser Figure).  People should browse the content files because in spite of the critics, there is some rather nice content included.  I really like the bear, wolf, and lion models.
