Hi. Has been a long time I don't work with Carrara. Fortunately a mascot comes up and I decide to build it on CP6.
Please, any comments are welcome.
Regards!

Now that is what I call original. And even if the robot is constructed from plastic or metal it still makes you want to get up and give it a cuddle. Definitly one to create movies etc with. 10/10 ffom me. :thumbupboth:

Really nice - especially in C6.
The only thing I'd add is some subtle form detal for the ears, echoing the wheel.

Thank you for the feedback, guys. Mark, benney and Marcelo.
Following Mark's tips I put some datails at the ears and shading at the wheel. It looks better:
Thank you for the feedback!
Best Regards!

Thanks again, folks! I appreciated your comments, ominousplay! :)
Marcelo, I really stinks as animator! :( Outra coisa: como eu mando imagens para o CarraraCafe.com? Não acho a galeria no site!
Another render. For benney, to cuddle the robot. ;)
I add some Glare filter at this one.
Thank you. I wish everyone a great week!
Bye!

Geat figure. I'd also like to see it animated. It looks perfect for animation. And very impressive Carrara work!

I can see him with a little Santa hat for the holidays. Reminds me of a child's toy. I'm glad to see you are still posting your work here.

I think it's a wonderful and appealing character! And like Mark said, "it makes me smile.
My niece thinks it's awesome too.

Thank you all for the nice comments. :)Well, the character is animated now. In Maya... ;)
I did some changes at the eyes, the client chose more human eyes, so the black eyeball is gone. The studio where the character was animated has added to much glow in his eyes and voice of the actor is horrible...
He's a mascot for a website created to help people with Financial Planning. I know, it's a boring thing, but it was created in Carrara, and that's what matters. :D
Thank for everything!

Ahhh, the crime of turning over perfectly good work to a third party. What you did was very nice though. Congratulations.

Thanks, Mark and UVDan. :)

Indeed, Mark. This client had some strange ideas. It was a huge struggle to keep the wheel instead legs at the robot. My argument was the wheel is more easy to animate. Hopefully, they bought the idea. ;)
