EDIT: Ok, I just figured out that reducing Shadow Min Bias for my main light from 0.8 to 0.02 fixed it.

A couple comments:
You can exploit this effect artistically if you are modeling damp/wet clothing, since the darker areas will look like water trapped against the skin. (Or, if underwater, air trapped against the skin.)
For very close-fitting clothing the simplest thing to do (often) is uncheck "cast shadows". Frankly, the difference in the shadow cast by a naked figure vs. one wearing a bodystocking is pretty slight, especially if there is any shadow blur.
