I was wondering if anyone other than myself had a problem making a purchase yesterday and last night.
I tried several times to purchase several items that were on sale and use the coupon.
The purchase went well until it was time to pay. For some reason I was never able to get the sale to go through.
I had a problem with the coupon not taking a few day before. I am wondering if it could have something to do with my internet provider or was the site just over loaded with sales.
Just wondering if anyone else has had the craziness happen to them.

If it was a site problem, I'm sure others would be reporting it, but I have been monitoring store support all weekend, and haven't had any reports similar to this.
I just checked, and the coupon code is definitely being used today.
Did you try rebooting your system? or using a different browser?

I also noticed today that step 4 of the checkout process never came. (confirmation page)
The sale did go through however and the confirmation emails were sent out. The order page also had the completed order and I was able to download the items
I have had this happened once or twice before, so I always check the order page.
So something is still going wrong

Thank goodness, I am not the only person this is happening to. I lost out on a fabulous
70% sale due to what ever happened my sale did not go through.

Frequently these types of issues are caused by pop up blockers or Browser incompatibility.
Might Check those.

Oh please.....
I have purchased 1000s of products in the marketplace and it almost always works. Yesterday it suddenly didn't. It could have been a hickup, but it occasionally happens. The comfirmation page simple did not return.
The sale went through because while it was still waiting for the confirmation page and looked at the order history it was already listed and the emails had been sent.
I would have dismissed it completely if it weren't for the actual payment page - a refresh might mean a double charge. This is the one page where you do NOT want any errors or confusion
