I have created in silo a clothing item i wish to import into poser pro 2012

i saved the file as a obj from silo but when importing obj to poser poser crashes

can any of you gurus perhaps walk me through the steps from obj what and how to save ?

how to get it into poser ?

what to do next to conform the item and save to my runtime ?

from obj stage setting in silo what are the steps and setting to a finished clothing item ?
