I have sent an IM to the creator of the Tears for V4, but I will post here too, as I am not sure which way to get help. I do not want a refund, unless there are no 'inj' files.. I DO want to use the product!! I sent this to the creator:

I bought your Tears for V4... and I do NOT have these files in my zip!
I use Poser 7

I downloaded the zip two times to be sure, and carefully looked in every folder. I have NO "inj" pz2  files. I have no dials when I click the Tear "pose" in my library. Please help?
