Opened P4 w/PPP and found display window stuck. I can change size and shape, but it won't come loose from the upper right corner.

Have you tried setting the preferences back to factory state?

Huolong posted Mon, 30 April 2001 at 6:54 PM

I think so. I went to edit/preferences, set everything for factory state and opened a new file, an old file, started from scratch, and rebooted. No change, Spidey's still stuck. This is 4.03 with PPP but will only open from within explorer (I've had no problems with this option)

Have you tried increasing your screen resolution?

JeffH posted Mon, 30 April 2001 at 8:15 PM

Make sure you uncheck previous state. Factory state is that small window with the low res Poser 2 figure. From that point you can create a workspace to your liking and store it to a memory dot.

  1. Resolution made no difference. 2. All combinations of check and uncheck made no difference 3. Startup from downloaded pz3's which had predetermined size other than standard also opened with upper left corner glued as shown above. 4. Re-installed PPP - no change in appearance. Is there a file that can be deleted and then re-installed from original files?

Also, per advice of ScottA, Preferred state pz3 deleted with no effect.

Sad to say, it's not a joke. Fortunately, readily solvable. And, the pix get the point across to generate the rapid and helpful comments above.
