This is a nice idea, but I would recommend not sending one out that says:
There are zero (0) notifications to report for yesterday.
I would think that would be an easy change to code up, since the programmer already has the number of notifications ;)

Thanks for the heads up, I did not know a notification went out daily even if there was nothing new to report. I'll pass this along :)
