The fingers look a bit long. The chest looks rather strange to me. I looks more like he has small female breasts than male pectoralis. The neck looks too long, and the muscle mass to the side of the neck (trapezius?) looks to big in comparison to the rest of his physique.
Sorry if all this sounds a bit negative, but thought it best to be honest. I wish you success with your project.

Looks like it's made of modeling clay.
I'm with Les on the chest... looks feminine. The whole thing still looks rough. I assume this is an early stage render. The face looks doll-like.
Like to see where this goes.

Yep, it's a WIP
Thanks for the sugestions guys.
There is also a problem around the eyes I still have to fix.
**Be as critical as you can.
**Remember , it is a morph, and slight re-rig of the chap in the background.
Simple Poser9 test render, no SSS yet, nothing..

There's something with the head, neck and shoulders. The head almost looks too small for the neck and shoulders. The neck is a bit short and thick. I know you're going for musuclar definition on the shoulders but the center figure with his arms down looks like he's got two humps stuck on the top his shoulders.

Odo from Deep Space 9 ? seriously... that's what comes to mind, his unfinished, not human look.*

Hips too large, rib cage too small around shoulders. Nipples should be more "outboard", with a stronger line separating chest from abdomen.
Overall, very soft looking. No indication of underlying bone or muscle (iliac crest, rib cage, serratus, abs). This looks like a lo res mesh, so not sure how much detail it can support. Highly recommend ZBrush Digital Scultping Human Anatomy. Even if not using the program, is really insightful.

Thank you all for the constructive comments.
It is a morph for the PoserPro Lo res male with just under 8.000 Poly's that is standing in the background.
He is included in the image to give a "From=> To" impression.
As it is a morph, I can not add Poly's, only work with the existing ones.
Just trying to make the most of the existing 8000 Poly mesh.
Will continue work tonight and post an updated image.
Target?
To do "more" with "less".

You're version is definitely an improvement over the original--I wish SM could have given a better defined body for people to work with--it's kind of like shaping clay isn't it?

Not a huge fan of those figures myself wish I was modeling for SM at that time but I was in tech support.
If looking for a slightly better looking low res male you could try this one that we gave away in a tutorial. In hindsight, there's a lot I'd do different on that mesh but ya know...whatever.

Apart from the above comments - I particularly agree with the Odo comparison - they look like they bend like glass.

You character so far rather reminds me of the P4 male, affectionately know as the Dork. Keep working, it will be interesting to see what you come up with!

He was a creature on Deep Space Nine that was kind of a blob in his natural state, but when he wasn't resting, he tried to assume a human form, but he never got it completely right--he was about half formed.
